Hello!!! XD I'm back here to continue blogging from where i stopped. haha.
16 August 2008, Saturday.
~*RI Combine Training, Funfair*~
After a few months of preparation, the day we all have been waiting for finally arrived... Firstly, i would like to thank my elder sis, Cherie who woke up so early to help me carried the 150 canned drinks and hired a taxi for us [Laurel & I]. Btw, my voice that day was really very bad! It is worst than the previous day, people cannot really hear me clearly and i could not shout at all. Laurel and i took taxi to school with the 150 canned drinks... When we reached there, nobody came to help us. Juniors were there seated down and they actually saw us. wth. Only Valerie came to help because i asked her to... Woah! If i didn't ask her to help, i doubt any of them would actually come to help us lor. After sometime of waiting, headed to RI. Ya soon we get started setting up and everything. I shall not elaborate on that.
As Usual, i kana teased and make fun of... Anw, tat day is going be the last day which i am going to be teased on the scandal topic. Yipee. Thanks to Hanif Sir, Yearmates, Yuinyi and Lisa for teasing me on the scandal thingy on tat day ya... Oh well not forgetting the emcee too for saying "On behalf of Jieqi, by Jieqi. I would like to dedicate this song-Hey Juliet." TWICE some more!!! [too bad tat was the last chance for u all to do so!] haha. That song was one of my favourite song last time.. haha. Anw, i think having Song dedication as one of the stall for the funfair was a good idea. But due to my voice, i couldn't sing!!! haiz so sad lor. Once everything is done went to have lunch together wit yearmates at J8 food court, met Hidayah ma'am too. After tat went to buy some sushi back for Laurel & jie so nice of me rite. I treat them lor! haha. Accompanied ma'am to take her lunch frm Long John Silver[ Ma'am favourite fast food restaurant]... She bought one small packet of fries for her lunch!
We went to mac to join crescent's seniors [ma'am's frens], at there we saw them... At the same time, Hidayah ma'am taught me Chemistry!!! haha. Thank you ma'am. I will go & remember all the equation for Acids! Lol
My "reflection" after the whole event... I think the Funfair can say is a successful one even though the attendance was disappointing [last than 50ppl came]. The planning and execution was quite good. In the end, it wasn't as bad as i expected. Overall, i think we have gained a lot of experience through this event. As the OIC for tat event, i have learnt a lot of things and repent on the mistakes tat have been neglected. Lastly, i would like to THANK all the committee members from both RI and SMSS. All our effort had paid off even though we faced many obstacles and problems during the process,we were pissed due to some reasons or other. If not you all, the funfair will not be a success.
17 August 2008, Sunday.
I woke up rather early tat day even its SUNDAY! haha. My elder sister and I were supposed to go for some family visiting with the rest of my family members. But due to the fact that i was sick and my sister was preparing for her exam/test the next day, we managed to skip this trip. Although we feel bad abt it but we are excused for it. Fortunately, i did not go for it as it was raining heavily otherwise i will be drenched like my two younger sister. Then i will be even more sick and confirm the nxt day don't have to go school liao. Anw, tat afternoon abt 3.30pm where the rain had stopped. Both of us joined the rest of them and we went to our uncle [mummy brother] house for some gathering. When i was there, i didn't want to open my mouth to talk and i don have the voice to do so too... My condition tat day was worse than before because the day before. I had to shout at the Juniors and communicate wit ppl in the funfair itself. So everything is either my mother or sister helped me answer to their question. But my fifth uncle was shocked when i said "huh" to him then he started laughing at me lor. He exclaimed " What happened to ur voice, so man! haha" Then he blamed my mother for not taking good care of me... This is when my mother and sisters starts telling my story to my uncle again. "Woah! It's not tat i didn't take good care of her. Is she herself don take care of her health! She have not been sleeping until very late at night like 2-3am for almost 3weeks... Doing her projects, schoolwork and blah blah blah." said by them. Lol. It lasted for a few minutes but every time my fifth uncle saw me. He tend to laugh at me again due to my voice... haiz. YA, at there i was been "ill-treated" by my sisters! All the food there were fried food except tat plate of vegetable which means tat i cannot eat anything except the vegetable!!! Thank god tat i ate some finger food before going there so i managed to skip my lunch. Unfortunately for my dinner, i was given a plate FULL OF VEGETABLES and nothing else. Walao they were damn mean lor, they purposely give me a lot to eat as i skipped my lunch. My elder sister expected me to finish all up leaving nothing behind... I knew tat they cared for me and my health therefore they did tat. As a good sister always, i finished it up lor. haha. Ego. I realised tat time really flies very fast. All the cousin tat are younger than me, they changed a lot and of course grown up. Xinyi jie[cousin] is getting prettier and she is going to be Air stewardess soon. haha. Happy for her! As for those male cousins, they grew taller and they became more...[Yuck!] =p. SO mean of me! haha. As for me, aiyah old liao... I am the 6 oldest there i think. haiyoh. We watched the Table Tennis woman Final, first match[Feng Tianwei vs China gal] together as one family... It is a rare experience as we seldom meet up unless it is special occasion like Chinese New Year. I really cherish tat moment!!! Yup then reached home rather early so decided to blog. While blogging, i talked to korkor on msn... haha. I was down halfway while talking when we came to one of the topic... And i actually told him something tat i had kept deep inside my heart for almost 2yrs! He is the first person tat i trust the most out of the most if i am not wrong.
For the last part of the post, i shall dedicate to him...
Kor.~A very Big Thank you to u for everything!!!~ If it is not you who had done so much for me and impacted me so much. I would not be who i am today so happy, strong and wouldn't have put so much trust in the Lord. Thank you for leaving ur work behind to hear me out for 4hrs! Even though u were unable to console me much but still thank you very much. Thank you for accompanied me tat night for so long. Thank you for encouraging me on.Thank you for letting me noe how Great is GOD,how much he love me. And how much You love me too. Although your love cannot be compared to God's love as it's neither unchanging or eternal. But having God's love and your love, it is enough for me. Through the conversation, i am able to noe more abt God! I still remembered what u had said to me like "God as my source of love. No matter wat happens God's love never changes and He's always there for me! God knows abt everything and is guiding me. And whenever I feel sad because of things i face, just rmb of God's love. Friends on this world may become distant frm you but only God is the friend who never changes. He's always waiting for us to go to Him and He wishes to lavish His great love on us." Thank you for showing me tat God's Love letter. It really touches me a lot a lot!!! I was crying while watching it. haha. It also firm my decision in becoming a Christian despite the objection from parents. I would pray more often and trust in HIM from now onwards. No matter how many times i say thank you to u, i think i cannot repay u for wat u had done for me. The love is cannot use any word to express it.
